To preserve the freshness of your gourmet Black Velvet Cake, we recommend that you place the cake in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the cake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve. The black velvet cake has refrigeration life of 7 days and can be left in the freezer for up to 2 months.
