These Individual Truffle Cakes are the single serving version of our Classic Chocolate Truffle Cake and our Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cake, with the same decadent richness and still completely flourless. The Single Serving Chocolate Truffle Cake was selected as "Outstanding Foodservice Product" -Finalist in 1997. You can select 6 or 12 cakes.

The stated shipping price for these Individual Truffle Cakes is for 2 Day Air delivery. Saturday delivery is available for the Individual Truffle Cakes for an additional $12.50. We're sorry, Sunday and Monday delivery are NOT available. PLEASE NOTE: Order cut-off time is 11:00 am EST TODAY for these gourmet desserts to be delivered TOMORROW.
The Individual Truffle Cakes are shipped frozen, and packed with dry ice or gel packs. When the Individual Truffle Cakes arrive, the dry ice will usually have evaporated, and the gourmet desserts will be semi-thawed.
If you would like to re-freeze them for future use, you can do so; keep the Individual Truffle Cakes well wrapped in their original interior shrink wrap and box, store in the freezer up to a month. Remove interior plastic wrap before thawing in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
If the Individual Truffle Cakes are completely thawed upon arrival, refrigerate, and serve within 2 days. These Individual Truffle Cakes can be stored in the refrigerator 2-3 days.
