To preserve the freshness of your gourmet blueberry cheesecake, we recommend that you place the cake in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the gourmet cheesecake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve. Blueberry gourmet cheesecake has a refrigeration life of 7 days and can be left in the freezer for up to 2 months.
