To preserve the freshness of your gourmet Mini Holiday Cheesecake Assortment, we recommend that you place the cake in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the cake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve.
