To preserve the freshness of your cheesecake sampler, The Dessert Cafe recommends that you place the cake in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the cake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve. The cheesecake sampler has refrigeration life of 7 days and can be left in the freezer for up to 2 months.
