To preserve the freshness of your gourmet desserts, we recommend that you place them in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the cake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve. These gourmet desserts have a refrigeration life of 7 days and can be left in the freezer for up to 2 months.
