To preserve the freshness of your gourmet Marble Cheesecake, we recommend that you place the gourmet cheesecake in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the gourmet cheesecake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve. Marble cheesecake has refrigeration life of 7 days and can be left in the freezer for up to 2 months.
