To preserve the freshness of your gourmet Chocolate Chip Cheesecake, we recommend that you place the gourmet cheesecake in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the gourmet cheesecake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve.
