To preserve the freshness of your 24 gourmet bite size cheesecakes , we recommend that you place the cake in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the cake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve. The mini cheesecake assortment has a refrigeration life of 7 days and can be left in the freezer for up to 2 months.
