To preserve the freshness of your gourmet Cheesecake Truffles, we recommend that you place the cake in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the cake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve. Mini Cheesecake Truffles have a refrigeration life of 7 days and can be left in the freezer for up to 2 months.
