To preserve the freshness of your gourmet raspberry cheesecake, we recommend that you place the cake in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the cake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve. Raspberry cheesecake has refrigeration life of 7 days and can be left in the freezer for up to 2 months.
