Caramel Apple - creamy cheesecake swirled with lots of saucy cubed apples, caramel and cinnamon, and topped with buttery streusel. Lemon Biscotti - toasted biscotti cookie crust, lemon flavored cheesecake, a layer of tart lemon filling, topped with lemon flavored sour cream. To preserve the freshness of your gourmet Rainy Day Sampler, we recommend that you place the cake in the refrigerator or freezer soon after arrival. Remove cake 45 minutes prior to serving. If frozen, allow the cake to thaw for approximately 2 hours then serve. Rainy Day Sampler has refrigeration life of 7 days and can be left in the freezer for up to 2 months.
